Mary Shelley's classic novel, Frankenstein is the main inspirational plot of the movie Frankenstein, directed by Kenneth Branagh. The movie starts with a flashback, where Dr. Victor Frankenstein (Kenneth Branagh), a stranger to captain Robert Walton (Aidan Quinn) confesses his tale of terror and unbelievable monster which he created on his own. Victor being a brilliant child of science likes his surgeon father and is always busy doing some research work. His friend and lover is Elizabeth (Helena Bonham Carter) whom his parents had adopted years ago. Some time later, Victor's mother dies giving birth to his little brother William. He gets selected for studying medicine at university in Inglostadt. Still hurt with grief of his mother's death he vows to conquer death, and with this vow he makes a friend named Henry (Tom Hulce). Also, he becomes a good student to Professor Waldman (John Cleese) who had a theory that helps him experiment life after death. Victor breaks into the laboratory of Waldman and using his theories Victor works on his own creation. Victor is obsessed with the work he is doing for months and one night, he creates the creature (Robert De Niro). But the creature, escapes from there and Victor shuts his experiment in horror. The creature lives in the woods, and tries to find a family or a friend of his own. But the circumstances and people make him evil, and he wants to take revenge from his creator. This nameless creature in loneliness creates a track to kill Dr. Victor Frankenstein. Will Victor be able to save himself and his family from his own creation? Watch out and know more.
